Fong's Pizza, Des Moines

An odd fusion of Chinese, Italian, and Polynesian in a borderline dive-bar setiing that somehow comes together and works. This is the original location, and where we finished the first night of this trip.

I really enjoyed the eggrolled cheeseticks and the eggrolled cheesecake. Didn’t care as much for my pizza — too little meat / too many veggies.

Beer-wise, I had a Tip the Cow (milk stout) by SingleSpeed Brewing Company
