Scooter’s 1271st bar, first visited in 2018.

The B-Hive, Colby

This dive bar was intended to be a dinner stop (I’d seen great things about their burgers and they were frying up a crap-ton of them when we came in), but there were too many people in here and we were getting anxious to get to Denver. So I had a Guinness and we hit the road.

The room back past the main bar area contained pool tables, and to the side of that in an attached building was a larger dining area and a shuffleboard.

It was obvious from the discussions among the guys playing pool that Colby is right at about the dividing line between Chiefs fans and Broncos fans.
