Scooter’s 435th bar, first visited in 2008.

Neighbors Cocktail Lounge, Kansas City

Having been kicked out of this place at the end of our last run through Independence (one member of our gang was visibly drunk when we arrived), we decided to make this our first stop of the day. We arrived around 10:30 in the morning and found they had already been open for a while. We ended up having to sit at a table as there weren’t two seats open at the bar.
