Scooter’s 1728th bar, first visited in 2023.

The Riverhouse, Scott City

We came here in the mistaken belief it was a winery, but it’s actually a wine bar. No worries. We had some really good pizza & appetizers and then went outside to explore the grounds right along the bank of the Mississippi River.

There’s indoor seating and a covered deck along east side overlooking the river.

I started with a sparking line (I can’t remember if it was a prosecco or a Moscato) followed by a Southern Pecan (brown ale) by Lazy Magnolia Brewing Company
