Trailhead Brewing Company, St. Charles

This massive brewpub is located right on the banks of the Missouri River. I don’t remember a lot of details here since this was my third flight and 5th bar of the day, but I do remember that the main bar was a large square on the second floor, that we had lunch here (fish & chips for me), and that it was a pretty upscale place. I just wish I could remember more about the beers I tried! :(
