Scooter’s 1020th bar, first visited in 2014.

I was reallyt confused by the large size of the building compared to the relatively small size of the bar. I’ve since learned that there is a catering hall here as well, which explains all of the missing space.

This place was pretty busy when I arrived. I sat at the U-shaped bar. Lots of people were eating, and catfish appears to be what they are known for. Unfortunately my notes for this bar have been lost, so that’s about all I remember.

Scooter’s 1019th bar, first visited in 2014.

Danny’s is a bit tricky to find. It’s on a sort of outer road, ticked alongside a city park up on a hill at the end of a long curved drive that crosses a creek.

Most of the people in Danny’s were sitting at the tables eating, I was the only person sitting at the penny-covered bar.

I didn’t notice any pool tables but there is a wall full of dart boards.

There appears to be an outdoor stage around back and I’ve found online info about at least one concert in the past, though so far I haven’t turned up any that are recent.
