Roxy's Big Country Saloon, Cape Girardeau

I’m not sure if this is formerly Club Moxy or if Club Moxy is what was upstairs from here. They had just opened and I was the first customer of the day. The (loud) sound system was being tested with popular country hits. The bartender was a very nice kid who barely seemed old enough himself to drink.
