Scooter’s 1881st bar, first visited in 2026.
We knew about this as a restaurant but didn’t think it had a bar. We went in for some appetizers and the dining room was full but the hostess said “there might be seats at the bar” and we were like “whaaaat??”. She led us down a hallway and down a flight of stairs, where we found a cavernous basement bar behind the main building that looks out on the city park.
I switched back to beer and had an O’Malley’s Irish Stout.
