Closed, but a new bar has opened in the same location.
This became the new location of Tarantino’s, and is now the Power & Light Grille.

Scooter’s 391st bar, first visited in 2007.

13th Street Bar & Grill, Kansas City

Decent lunchtime bar & grill but no evening hours. Eventually closed. Re-opened under new owners who tried to turn it into a night-weekend business. But the hours they were open were spotty and unreliable, making it hard to establish a customer base. Went out of business in late 2007.

Now it’s the home of Tarantino’s. And now it’s the home of Power & Light Grille.
