A nice quiet smoky dive, a great place to take a break from the excitement of Beale Street and recharge before moving on to the next club. Though this place does sometimes host live acts of its own.
As we drank our beer, a guy was being arrested right outside the front window. “This looks like a crack pipe to me,” one of the officers said after removing a glass tube from the suspect’s jacket.
It was interesting me how many of the businesses are connected. This bar is directly connected to an adjacent gift shop.
